The present document establishes the conditions that apply to sales between, on the one hand, the physical persons who possess the status of consumers and users (hereinafter "the customer") and on the other hand, INTERMOL EXPORT SL (hereinafter INTERMOL).

By making use of this website or the request for the purchase of the customer constitutes the acceptance of the conditions of purchase and our policy of Data Protection, which the customer must consult and accept with character prior to the purchase of the product. 1/ Object and scope of application

At the time of the order, the user is aware of the particular conditions of sale indicated in the tab of each product (duration, price, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The realization of the order and its confirmation by the user makes it a customer and implies the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order, as well as the acceptance of the rest of the legal documents published both on the web and in the legal notice and privacy policy.

2/ Purchase processes

The following steps should be taken for the acquisition of the products offered:

Product selection: Ship by our page and click the “Add to cart” button whenever you want to incorporate a product into the purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, reference, attributes, quantity and price in euros.

Start the purchase process: to start the purchase process click the “Process order” button. In the event that you are not discharged as a User or have not accessed as such, you will be prompted to do so.

3/ Product sheet and information supplied

The information shown on the web is truthful and without typographical errors. In the event that at some point any error of this type is caused, at all times alien to the will of INTERMOL, it will be immediately corrected.

4/ Languages for the purchase of products

The purchases made by customers will be understood only in Spanish.

5/ Payment terms

To formalize the purchase, the user may use any of the payment methods that when making the order are offered in each case.

Regardless of the chosen form of payment, the data provided is treated in a secure way as the entire payment process is performed under a secure SSL connection and data encryption.

6/ Price

All prices are indicated by default in euros. The price indicated includes the taxes applicable to the transaction.

7/ Reception of products

Upon receiving the products, the customer undertakes to sign the reception sheet submitted by the person who makes the delivery, in which he may include all the observations he or she deems necessary. By signing the reception sheet, the client acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated in the same. If the customer observes spoiled products or lack of products, they must make an e-mail claim to orders@intermol.net within 24 hours to be able to share the insurance of the transport company. This does not limit the right of guarantee and conformity of the product described in paragraph 9.

8/ Delivery time:

INTERMOL only makes deliveries in Spain, in the event that you wish to have the products in other territories rogamos contact e-mail orders@intermol.net.

Delivery times will vary depending on the availability of the selected products and the destination to which the shipment will be made, but as average the products will be shipped within 48 hours of the purchase.

The costs of shipping will be displayed individually in each process of purchase, and our shipping costs for Spain are currently the following:

* 15 euros if the amount does not exceed 300 euros.

* Free if the amount exceeds 300 euros.

In the case of Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla the expenses are:

* 70 euros if the amount does not exceed 800 euros.

* Free if the amount exceeds 800 euros.

In the event that the agency is unable to deliver the package for absence in the address provided, they will leave a note or attempt to locate it via phone or e-mail, to order another delivery date.

The package will be delivered at the time the customer, or a third party acting on his behalf, takes possession of the package that will be credited through signature to the receipt of the package.

It is up to the customer to verify that their data are correct, so as to avoid incidents in the delivery of the package, particularly in the address and contact details such as phone and mail to be able to locate it correctly.

INTERMOL will keep the customer informed by e-mail or phone call of any incidents that may arise, so that they can be resolved as soon as possible and in case of not being able to meet the delivery date we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to follow with the order with a new delivery date or annulment with the full refund of the paid price. 9/ Warranty and conformity of products

All products have a warranty period of three (3) years from the date of delivery of the same, in the terms and conditions provided in the consumption regulations.

Likewise, it shall be understood that the products are in conformity with the conditions of this document provided that:

  1. They conform to the description made and possess the qualities of the product that INTERMOL has presented to the consumer in sample or model form.
  2. They are suitable for the uses to which the products of the same type are used.
  3. Be fit for any special use required by the consumer when you have informed INTERMOL at the time of conclusion of the contract, provided INTERMOL has admitted that the product is suitable for such use.
  4. They present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product and, if any, public statements on the specific characteristics of the products made by INTERMOL, in particular in advertising or labelling. INTERMOL shall not be bound by such public statements if it proves that it was unknown and it was not reasonable to expect him to know the declaration in question, that such declaration had been corrected at the time of the conclusion of the contract or that such declaration could not influence the decision to purchase the product.

10/ Right to withdrawal, change and return

As a general rule, any customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. In any event, for the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all its components. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that the product is properly protected and dispensed so that it does not suffer any damage during the transport. Notwithstanding all the above, the right of withdrawal is excluded from those products tailored or made to the customer's taste.

In any case the customer will return the products subject to withdrawal without any undue delay in the maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision of withdrawal running with the direct costs of the return.

For its part, the refund of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal shall be made within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it has been communicated effectively and unequivocally the decision of withdrawal of the Contract and provided that the Seller has previously received the product. Otherwise, the disbursement may be retained until the receipt of the product or until the Consumer/User credits the return.

After the analysis of the returned product/s and verify their status, the amounts received will be returned. 11/ Delivery and replacement of miscellaneous products

In the event that INTERMOL makes an error in the supply of the selected works, we will always take care of the expenses that this occasion to collect and replenish the correct articles/s.

12/. Reimbursement of the amounts paid.

The reimbursement, where appropriate, shall be made through the means of payment used for the purchase.

The price to return is the one that originally appeared on the order, including shipping costs. Once the correct status of the returned product has been verified, INTERMOL will refund the total amount originally included in the order (including the first shipping costs), without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed since the date we have been informed of the withdrawal decision.

14/ Applicable legislation. Sending out.
