1/ Object and scope of application

The purchases made by customers will be understood only in Spanish.

5/ Payment terms

6/ Price

All prices are indicated by default in euros. The price indicated includes the taxes applicable to the transaction.

7/ Reception of products

Upon receiving the products, the customer undertakes to sign the reception sheet submitted by the person who makes the delivery, in which he may include all the observations he or she deems necessary. Delivery times will vary depending on the availability of the selected products and the destination to which the shipment will be made, but as average the products will be shipped within 48 hours of the purchase.

The costs of shipping will be displayed individually in each process of purchase, and our shipping costs for Spain are currently the following:

9/ Warranty and conformity of products

  4. 10/ Right to withdrawal, change and return

As a general rule, any customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. In any event, for the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all its components. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that the product is properly protected and dispensed so that it does not suffer any damage during the transport. In any case the customer will return the products subject to withdrawal without any undue delay in the maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision of withdrawal running with the direct costs of the return.

The price to return is the one that originally appeared on the order, including shipping costs.
