This document establishes the conditions that apply to sales between, on the one hand, the natural persons who hold the status of consumers and users (hereinafter "the customer") and, on the other hand, INTERMOL EXPORT SL (hereinafter INTERMOL).

By using this website or the customer's purchase request, you agree to the terms and conditions of purchase and our Data Protection policy, which you must consult and accept prior to purchasing the product. These conditions of purchase may vary. It is the customer's responsibility to read them periodically, as those that are in force will be applied at the time of purchase. 1/ Purpose and scope

At the time of placing the order, the user declares to be aware of the specific conditions of sale indicated in the product sheet (duration, price, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the user makes him/her a customer and implies the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order, as well as the acceptance of the rest of the legal documents published both on the website and in the legal notice and the privacy policy.

2/ Purchasing processes

To acquire the products offered, the following steps must be followed:

Product selection: Browse our website and click on the "Add to cart" button every time you want to add a product to your purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, reference, attributes, quantity and price in euros.

Start of the purchase process: to start the purchase process, click on the "Process order" button. In the event that you are not registered as a User or have not accessed as such, you will be asked to do so in advance.

Verification of the purchase details: Before selecting the payment method, you will be able to verify the details of your purchase and correct any errors in the data entry. Once you have verified your details, confirm your order.

Selection of the payment method: Select the payment method you prefer and click on the "Checkout" button. At that point, the system will redirect you to the chosen payment system where you must provide all the necessary data for that payment method. This will be the only time you will be asked for this information.

As soon as you provide all the necessary data and click on the purchase confirmation button, the contract will be concluded for all purposes.

Purchase Confirmation: Once we receive your acceptance, INTERMOL will send you an email confirmation that you can keep on file and which will contain the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Order date.
  • Summary of the products that are included in the purchase.

Throughout the purchase process, you can consult these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as well as find out the final price of the selected products.

3/ Product data sheet and information provided

The information displayed on the website is truthful and free of typographical errors. In the event that at any time there is an error of this type, which is at all times beyond the control of INTERMOL, it will be corrected immediately.

4/ Languages for product acquisition

Purchases made by customers will be understood to be linked only in Spanish.

5/ Payment terms

To formalize the purchase, the user may use any of the payment methods offered in each case when placing the order.

Regardless of the payment method chosen, the data provided is treated securely as the entire payment process is carried out under a secure SSL connection and data encryption.

6/ Price

All prices are indicated by default in euros. The price listed includes any taxes applicable to the transaction.

7/ Reception of the products

Upon receipt of the products, the customer undertakes to sign the receipt sheet presented by the person making the delivery, which may include any observations he deems necessary. By signing the receipt form, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated therein. If the customer notices damaged products or missing products, they must make a claim by e-mail to pedidos@intermol.net within a maximum period of 24 hours in order to be able to report the transport company's insurance. This is not limited to the right of warranty and conformity of the product described in paragraph nine.

8/ Shipping deadlines and costs:

INTERMOL only delivers in Spain, in the event that you wish to receive the products in other territories, please contact us by e-mail at pedidos@intermol.net.

Delivery times will vary depending on the availability of the selected products and the destination to which the shipment will be made, but on average the products will be shipped within 48 hours of the purchase being made.

Shipping costs will be shown individually in each purchase process, currently our shipping costs for mainland Spain are as follows:

* €15 if the amount does not exceed €300.

* Free if the amount exceeds 300 euros.

In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the costs are:

* €70 if the amount does not exceed €800.

* Free if the amount exceeds 800 euros.

In the event that the agency is unable to deliver the package due to absence at the address provided, they will leave you a note or try to reach you by phone or email, to agree on another delivery date.

The package will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the customer, or a third party acting on their behalf, takes possession of the package, which will be accredited by signature upon receipt of the package.

It is up to the customer to verify that their data is correct, in order to avoid incidents in the delivery of the package, particularly in the address and contact details such as telephone and email to be able to locate them correctly.

INTERMOL will keep the customer informed by email or phone call of any incident that may arise, in order to solve it as soon as possible and in the event of not being able to meet the delivery date we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the order with a new delivery date or cancel with the full refund of the price paid. If this happens due to a misinformation in the delivery data or due to the absence of the customer at the delivery address, it will always be the responsibility of the customer and never of the transport agency or INTERMOL.

Finally, it should be noted that there may be certain situations, beyond INTERMOL's control, that cause delays in the delivery of orders, for example, states of alarm, confinement orders, force majeure situations (such as earthquakes and floods), transport strikes that delay, prevent or cause the supply to suffer an incident or any incident related to the transport agency.

If several products have been ordered at the same time, INTERMOL may deliver the different items that make up the shopping cart on different dates, depending on the availability of each one.

9/ Product Warranty and Compliance

All products have a warranty period of three (3) years from the date of delivery, under the terms and conditions set forth in consumer regulations.

Likewise, it will be understood that the products are in conformity with the conditions of this document provided that:

  1. They conform to the description made and possess the qualities of the product that INTERMOL has presented to the consumer in the form of a sample or model.
  2. Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
  3. They are suitable for any special use required by the consumer when he or she has brought this to the attention of INTERMOL at the time of conclusion of the contract, provided that INTERMOL has admitted that the product is suitable for such use.
  4. They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type which the consumer may reasonably expect, having regard to the nature of the product and, where appropriate, the public statements on the specific characteristics of the products made by INTERMOL, in particular in advertising or on labelling. INTERMOL shall not be bound by such public declarations if it proves that it was unaware of and could not reasonably have been expected to be aware of the statement in question, that the statement had been corrected at the time the contract was concluded or that the statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the product.

10/ Right of withdrawal, exchanges and returns

As a general rule, any customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. In any case, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the product is returned with all its components. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport. Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of products made to measure or made to the customer's liking.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send a communication with the wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. For your convenience, we provide a model form at this link, once completed, it can be sent to the e-mail address admin@intermol.net

In any case, the customer will return the products subject to withdrawal without any undue delay within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw, at their own expense, at the expense of the direct costs of the return.

On the other hand, the refund of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the Contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and provided that the Seller has previously received the product. Otherwise, the disbursement may be withheld until the product is received or until the Consumer/User proves the return of the product.

After analysing the returned product(s) and verifying their condition, the amounts received will be refunded. This refund will include the total amount of the purchase, including, where applicable, the delivery costs and will be made using the same means of payment with which the product was purchased.

11/ Shipping and Replacement of Erroneous Products

In the event that INTERMOL makes a mistake in the supply of the selected works, we will always be responsible for the costs incurred in collecting and replacing the correct item(s).

12/. Refund of amounts paid.

The refund, where applicable, will be made through the payment method used for the purchase.

The price to be returned is the price originally stated in the order, including shipping costs. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, INTERMOL will refund the total amount originally stated in the order (including the first shipping costs), without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which we have been informed of the withdrawal decision.

13/ Information requested

In accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, we inform you that the personal data you provide us through our website or by sending emails will be processed by INTERMOL EXPORT SL. as a data controller to be able to carry out the requested transactions, as well as to receive periodic notifications through electronic means. The legitimacy of the processing lies in the provision of the requested services. You can find out more about the processing of your data for the purposes described in the privacy policy, which must be read, understood and accepted for the use of the services of this website.

INTERMOL is committed to complying with the obligation of secrecy of personal data, which is why it has adopted the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account at all times the state of technology.

In any case, all users have the right to exercise, at any time, their rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, and data portability, by writing to INTERMOL at the e-mail address admin@intermol.net, accrediting their identity. In the event that you consider, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

14/ Governing Law. Submission to jurisdictions.

The sale is understood to have been made in Spanish territory, so for any interpretative or litigious questions that may arise, Spanish law will be applicable and, in the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
